Our Mission, Elevate Women's Workforce Institute
Our Mission

Workforce equity isn't a
promise. It's our purpose.

Elevate Women's Workforce Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the re-entry gap for women through evidence-based AI training, career development, and wraparound support, at no cost to participants.

Mission Statement
"To equip women re-entering the workforce with the AI literacy, career skills, and professional confidence needed to achieve sustainable employment in today's economy."
Vision Statement
A workforce where no woman is left behind because of a career gap. We envision communities where every woman, regardless of the circumstances that interrupted her career, has equal access to the tools, training, and support she needs to achieve economic independence and contribute to a thriving economy.

The Problem We Solve

Millions of women are ready to work.
The system isn't ready for them.

Women represent nearly half of the U.S. workforce, yet millions face significant barriers when attempting to re-enter after career interruptions caused by caregiving, illness, financial hardship, or domestic circumstances. These gaps, often spanning years, leave women underqualified for a labor market that has been rapidly transformed by artificial intelligence and automation.

The problem is not a lack of ambition or capability. It is a structural gap between the skills women left the workforce with and the skills today's employers require. Without targeted intervention, this gap widens every year, deepening economic inequality and leaving critical talent untapped.

Elevate Women's Workforce Institute directly addresses this gap through a structured, evidence-based training model that meets women where they are and prepares them for where the economy is going.

Who We Serve

Defined target population.
Measurable community need.
